STRANGER

People see you Grass, I value LIGHT of Life. Credit to J.R Media

Life seems sometimes so awesome, and special. But, actually it is very simple. Just born, grow and die.

The difference is you yourself are the author of your life. You may pain in the different color from the others. You may value differently from somebody else.

What important in your life, by the way? Might be a lot?
Hey! One of those, we might have one similar or exactly the same as I value the most is a stranger.
Yes, a stranger. Not every single of stranger, just the only stranger.

Once day an unknown stranger come into my life to become a friend of mine. Days by days, the relationship grows fruitfully without any supports from water or fertilizers or even sunshine. Sound weird with the relationship of a dog and a cat who are always teasing and fighting each other for food to have love.

Time passed, that stranger’s started more and more powerful to me. I don’t think I can lose this person peacefully. The concern is that why, how and when this person start to colonize my life silently?
I was asked myself “That was just the stranger? The stranger who come without any invitation and availably to leave with no any agreements”. This happens to remind me again and again for times when we were in conflicts. The pain comes, the tears drop, but it seems like I can’t find the precise answer on it.

From what I have figured out that stranger is safe enough to leave before or now but there is no wait for the next second since I feel I would be “a live dead body”. I am really used to having that stranger around.
Another seriously true but funny joke "You are my dream, hope and future HAPPINESS".

Phnom Penh, Cambodia, October 21, 2013: Cambodian national athlete, Hem Thon Vitiny is preparing to break the international award record this December in Burma.

The current-first Cambodian swimming female champion, Tiny reveals that “I could challenge all the local outstanding swimmers, yet the international stage. So, now I have to try on my best.”

Born in a sport family, Tiny started her first swimming since she was six while her grandfather was the secretary of Olympic committee in Cambodia, her father, aunt and older brother are famous national outstanding swimmers.

Tiny, aged 20, has been to 10 countries in the world for Cambodian representative in sport (swimming). “I started to love swimming since I was young when I saw the older people could swim nicely. And I started to commit myself one among the best.” Tiny claims.

She also adds that “I started to be the national swimming in 1996. Since then, I got the first and second pride in the local. Honestly, I was so excited and proud carrying Cambodian flat in the international stage. And I am hoping to bring a victory for the country in the near future.”

To compete with the other international experts, Tiny keeps training everyday in the pool, gym and stadium. “Normally, I train at least 2hours per day in the evening since I have class in the morning while I swim about 3 km/day. Still, during the training preparation abroad, I train for the whole day.”

Having both study and career at the same time, Tiny clearly divided her schedule. Only in the special competition, she asks permission from her school to have time for training.

“Even in the Cambodian culture concerns much on dressing for the female but I don’t care because I am a sport-person, I aim to be a professional coach in the next six-year, and my family fully encourage me to keep moving on this profession as well.”  Tiny ends.

PAIN and PILL

Bittersweet
Phnom Penh: It is bitter, hard but cool. What is it? Have you ever had this kind of feeling? Some people may find this feeling differently. For instance, drinking alcohol or the strong tea.

Possible! It sounds logical. Meanwhile, I might not be completely separated from the others; though everyone is unique.

To me, to have this such of feeling is quite easy. By just only having a cup of cappuccino, I can create both strong and soft feeling at a time.
The strength are: it is hot because I don’t really like ice. It is bitter as I prefer not to have sugar. Importantly, it is hard and hurt since I have a bad stomach ache. Thus, anytime I drink coffee, I got pain in my stomach. Sometimes, my body and hands are trembling; plus, I get more saliva. I often feel vomit after drinking. Of course, it is sensation. So what?

Peaceful Silent
I am crazy? No, not really! It is actually physical hurt but I enjoy drinking coffee. Why, right? Because it is cool, soft and relax.
At the meantime, I say I am not a very critical observer but obviously I am. I am more likely to take thing into account and discuss personally. Maybe I am an easy effected person. I am serious and sensitive of course.

And that is the reason why I go out and drink a cup of hot cappuccino. In Cambodia, you might spend less than 0.50 USD to have a cup of coffee but I choose to spend at least 2 USD to pay for my cup. It is not about the money but it is the way satisfy life.

My mom sometimes complaints that to me “you are spending on what you should not.”  Man! It is not a fool but it brings me the sense of peace and happiness.

I was not a coffee addicted before 2010. However, after that time past, I had my first experience in Europe (Sweden). I was already affected or influenced from the way of their living. Drinking hot coffee without sugar takes along me the Swedish feeling which I always missed and appreciated.
I am not alone

So, when I drink bitter coffee, I feel more enjoyable and cheer. I choose to get pain at the end of the day because I already got the mental pill and delighted memory while having coffee.
This is called trend-off. People can’t get two awesome things at a time.
